Reusable Nappies For Commercial Use Overview

We supply a range of reusable nappies that are suitable for commerical use in settings such as nurseries and hospitals. We offer two styles, both are all in one nappies which means the waterproof outer is attached to the absorbent inner; just like a disposable nappy does.

Both nappies can withstand commerical washing temperatures. If the nappies need to be dried under pressure drying the Velcro fastening option is your best choice as poppers can be damaged with pressure drying.

Sizing

Both nappies come in a variety of sizes so babies get the perfect fit whatever their weight. The different sizes are indicated by the colour of the poppers or stitching for easy sorting in the childcare setting.

Option 1 Popper Fastening

This option is constructed with five layers of terry microfibre and has a staydry mesh layer next to babies skin. The nappy has an anti-leak strip on the back and on the sides. This nappy is popper fastening and the absorbency is fully sewn in.

Poppers are the securest fastening and stop little fingers from opening the nappy however the poppers are not suitable for commerical pressure drying only heat drying.

The colour of the poppers indicates the size of the nappy.

Option 2 Velcro Fastening

This is constructed with four layers of bamboo terry and one microfibre terry. It is more absorbent but slower drying than option 1, however the inner lining is only sewn into the cover at the front and back to help speed up drying (please see photo).

This nappy is Velcro fastening allowing for ultra quick nappy changes and can also withstand commercial pressure drying as well as heat drying.

The colour of the stitching indicates the size of the nappy.
