Once you have your cup there isn't really anything special you need. Menstrual cups can be rinsed out in the shower or a hot rinse in the sink and sanitise in a pan. If you'd like dedicated cup cleansers or sterilising products to make cleaning extra easy, you'll find we have all the products too.

Storage

Most menstrual cups come with a small cotton bag for you to store your cup in when not in use. We also sell small stylish wet bags which are popular if you use pads or wipes alongside your period cup.
