Ella's House Care Guide

• Nappies can be washed at 60 degrees. You can tumble dry occasionally on a low heat to soften the fabric if necessary.
• Wraps can be washed at 40 degrees. Air dry where possible, do not tumble dry or dry on radiators.
• Rinse nappies in cold water without detergent, then add clothes and detergent and wash as usual.
• Don't overfill the washing machine, use at max 2/3 capacity. Modern washing machines use very little water for efficiency but this isn't so good for soiled nappies; if this becomes a problem select a cycle with extra water.
• Don't use any bleaching agents, potassium, fabric softener or products containing enzymes.
• Polyester fleece can pill (bobble) and this depends on the washing and drying. For products with polyester fleece don't use soap as it can decrease absorbency.

Ella's House Warranty

Ella's House warranty is available for a period of 12 months to the original purchaser from date of purchase. The warranty covers:

• Fabric faults and workmanship
• Snaps
• Stitching
• Zips
• Elastics

Ella's House Warranty does not cover:

• Shrinkage in natural fibres (organic hemp/organic cotton will shrink 5-7% with washing)
• Damage caused to products by:
  • Using harsh stain removers, biological detergent or bleach, softener
  • Vinegar or bicarbonate of soda
  • Boil washing
  • Continually tumble drying on a warm or hot heat
  • Accidental damage to wraps and other PUL products: PUL delamination from high temperate washing, excessive sun damage through drying, tumble drying
  • Alterations such as dyeing, stitching, cutting, removing components (including the care label)
  • Excessive wear and tear
  • Snags
  • Fading
  • Pilling

Please note: using stain remover and excessive laundering affects fabric (it can go bald), can destroy elastic, reduce lifespan and will render your guarantee void. The nappies are there to catch waste and they may become stained over time; this is to be expected and is not a fault.
