I had convinced myself that I wouldn't need any mesh bags for my nappy bin and would simply make do with some mesh zipper laundry bags I already had. A fortnight down the line, I realised that buying a couple of these would make life so much easier. I now have two and I'm so glad I invested in them. It's so much easier to empty my nappy bin into the washing machine now - no need to tip everything out, I just pull the elastic top down around the dirty laundry slightly so that it'll all tumble out in the wash. Having two means that there's always one in the nappy bin while one is in the wash. Definitely recommend as an essential part of your cloth nappy inventory.

TotsBots Mesh Bag Sold Singly 21 May 2021 | Ayshea
It’s fine. Does what it says on the tin, but I have found I don’t need it. Assumes you will have separated all the nappy parts ready for washing after each nappy change. I don’t because I usually want to just ditch the nappy ASAP so I can sort the baby. Also, I don’t want the contents of soiled nappies to go everywhere, so tend to leave wrapped up and do all the dirty fiddling on was day. I also can’t trust my other half to take care of the Velcro properly for washing so can’t just chuck the lot in at once. If not using as intended, it’s pretty useless as a laundry mesh bag for your delicates (etc wraps) as the elastic is intentionally loose and so won’t hold anything.

We needed a spare mesh bag to go in our nappy bag when the other was in the wash. It holds 2 days worth of dirty nappies which is fine for us. As it's designed for bins it has an elasticated opening, rather than a drawstring which I would have preferred. I would prefer to have bought a Little Lambs bag but they were out of stock.

TotsBots Mesh Bag sold singly 06 January 2021 | Kathleen
I bought this bag to wash my wipes in but sadly it didn’t have any way of closing it so all the wipes came out in the wash. Not sure what use the bag is when it doesn’t close but maybe that was my misunderstanding of the product. I had to use an elastic band to secure it.

Good size and very practical with the Totsbots nappy pail. Easy to use.

Very good but unravelling slightly 03 December 2020 | Claudia
This is a very good mesh bag which fits the totsbots bucket perfectly. Nappies and wipes agitate out of the bag 99% of the time during the wash so there’s no need to touch the mess. Unfortunately the stitching on our mesh bags has unravelled slightly in the corners. It still functions well

These fit perfectly inside the Tots Bots bucket and stay on because they are elasticated. I can fit 2 days worth in and then pick up the mesh and shove it in the wash! All of the happiest aggitate out This is the perfect set up!

These mesh bags mean it's so easy when it comes to wash day. I just grab the mesh bag, turn it inside out to empty all contents into the washing machine and then throw the bag in too. No mess touching dirty nappies. Should really be sold as a pair as you will always need 2 for when one is in the wash but other than that these bags are great and really durable

I love these mesh bags, they have an elastic band round the top instead of draw string, which I find much easier to deal with on wash day. Good quality and washes well.

Fits brilliantly and I prefer the open top for washing as I means the nappies can come out and move around as much as they need unlike those with a drawstring.

Work well with Tots Bots bucket 31 October 2019 | Kathy
These stay in place on the bucket and then lift out easily into the wash. Nappies fall out of them easily during a rinse cycle so they then get cleaned thoroughly. Good value and you definitely need 2 so you’re ready to go again while one is in the wash.

The elasticated band on this bag is much more convenient than the drawstring on the other bag I have. It is much easier to both remove and fit into the bucket. As there are two, one can immediately line the bucket as soon as the first bag is in the wash. I also find that smaller items such as wipes do not get stuck in the bag during wash cycle, which can happen with other bags. Very impressed.

Really useful mesh bags. Means you don’t actually need to touch the nappies to transfer them to the machine, and they always come loose from the bag in the wash, which is ideal.

Great, does what it should, holds 2 days worth of nappies and wipes. I just throw the whole thing in the wash and it empties itself in the machine. Fits perfectly in the tots bots lockable nappy bin.

I’ve been using little lamb bags for my tots bots bucket, but I wish I had only bought these. The elastic is much easier to place over the bucket it doesn’t have a drawstring but doesn’t need one. It’s not as strong as the little lamb bag but not an issue if you take the whole bucket to the washing machine before removing. Everything usually makes it out of the bag in a rinse or wash. The odd cloth wipe gets stuck but that could happen with any bag. Only 4 starts as the bag isn’t as strong as the little lamb bag.

Fits nappy lady bucket, but elastic makes it difficult to remove nappies for wash. Nappies won't aggitate out as elastic closes too tightly, prefer Little Lamb mesh bag with drawstring.

Essential for use with nappy bucket 19 June 2013 | Emily
I think these are very good but I do tend to give a helping hand to get the nappies out of it first when it goes in the wash as there have been a few occasions when a wipe or nappy (usually only one) doesn't manage to escape from the bag during the course for the wash.
