When you place your order, you'll be emailed a useful guide to the nappies in your kit along with details of how to use and wash them.
Please note the majority of the nappies in the kit are 'onesize' nappies, so are most suited for a baby weighing from 10-12lbs.
When Does My 30 Day Period Start?
Your 30 day hire period starts from when your nappies are delivered not when we ship them. They will be sent via a tracked and insured method so you'll know what day to expect your delivery.

That's FANTASTIC news we're so pleased you love your nappies. Just drop us an email before your 30 days are up and we'll return your £10 admin fee by way of credit note to enjoy a further purchase. This will be valid for 12 months.
I'd like to return ALL the nappies what do I do?
If you don't want to keep any of the nappies also NOT A PROBLEM! Just drop us an email before your 30 days are up. You'll then need to post the kit back to the address below so it is received by us WITHIN 7 days. You must include all your details in the parcel. We'll process your £115 refund when the kit arrives. Please note the outgoing postage of £4.99 is not refunded. You are also responsible for the return cost of posting the kit back. We strongly recommend you send it via a tracked and insured method as we are not responsible for returns that get lost in transit or get delayed so you miss the 7 day return period. The total cost of hiring will have only been £10 admin fee +£4.99 shipping.
Can I keep some of the nappies but return the others?
Yes absolutely we're pleased you've found what works for you. Just drop us an email before your 30 days are up. You'll then need to post the unwanted items back to the address below so they are received by us WITHIN 7 days. You must include all your details in the parcel. The nappies you keep will be charged at the recommended retail price and the balance of the trial kit refunded back to you. Please note that your £10 admin fee will not be refunded as some items have been returned. Please note the outgoing postage of £4.99 is not refunded. You are also responsible for the return cost of posting the kit back. What about the liners?
The roll of disposable paper liners are free and are yours to keep. However if at the end of your trial you've not used them/part used them don't let them go to waste please return them with your other nappy returns and we'll put them in our donations box for you. Donations gets passed to families in need, nappy libraries and charities such as orphanages. The reusable fleece liners should be returned with your kit unless you want to keep them.
What happens if I decided after 30 days that I no longer want the kit or some of the nappies?
I'm sorry the trial period is strictly 30 days from delivery. After 30 days there are no refunds or exchanges available on any components of the kit whether they have been used or not.
What happens if I forget to post my kit back within 7 days or it's delayed in transit?
The maximum time for a kit to be returned is strictly 30 days trial period +7 calendar days for shipping. If your kit arrives back with us after 37 days in total the nappies will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying shipping for them back to you. This is why it's very important you use a reliable tracked and insured shipping method as we are not responsible for you missing the deadline if they get lost or delayed in transit.
Can I order the kit before baby is born and return after their birth?
No I'm sorry we don't recommend you order the kit before baby arrives. The maximum time for a kit to be returned is strictly 30 days trial period +7 calendar days for shipping. If you buy other items from our site you will have the option of extended returns period if you order before baby is born but this DOES NOT apply to this Ultimate 30 day Cloth Nappy Trial. It is also worth noting that 'onesize' is most appropriate from 10Lbs upwards
