Kombolone Adult Nappy Cover Overview

Kombolone Nappy is the modern all in two adult nappy system from Popolini

The Kombolone is a slim nappy consisting of two parts

1. The Kombolone waterproof nappy cover
2. The Kombolone absorbent nappy insert

The Kombolone insert poppers in and out of the Kombolone waterproof cover to make a nappy that goes on in one simple step.  The Kombolone inserts all give full width coverage and will not bunch. There is elastic in the legs of the insert and the wraps that ensures you get the same excellent containment as you do from a two part nappy system but with the convenience of a one layer system. You do not need to change the Kombolone cover after each change. If the wrap is too soiled you can just wipe it with a dry cloth and use again up to 4 changes.

If you need higher absorbency you can fold and add prefolds or inserts into the nappy to increase absorbency.

How many Kombolone inserts and covers do I need?

As a guide you will need 1 Kombolone wrap for every 4 Kombolone inserts. 

A full time set would be 20 inserts with 5 covers.

How do I use it?

This is the Nappy Lady method of making all in two nappy changes swift and efficient

• Put on a clean Kombolone nappy (cover and insert attached inside)
• At the same time make a spare Kombolone set up and stored ready for your next change (cover and clean insert inside)
• At the next nappy change time take the entire Kombolone cover and wrap off and set aside
• Put on the clean spare set you made up earlier
• Now take out the soiled insert from the original cover and store in the nappy bucket or wet bag
• Put a clean insert back in this prevously worn wrap and this is now your spare set for next nappy change
• Repeat this cycle of switching between wraps throughout the day.
• Change and wash Kombolone wraps after 4 wears of each wrap or if a wrap becomes soiled.

The Kombolone is a sized nappy for large children and adults and fastens with Velcro for easy to fasten.
