The session with Aki was really helpful as we started the EC journey with our newborn. I already read quite a bit on the topic but it was very helpful to get the practical advice and know what to expect at different stages. It was also great to get my husband on board

I got a lot out of the session with Aki - she covered different ways to approach EC, the practicalities of putting a tiny baby on a potty, recommendations of clothing and nappies that can promote EC and lots of useful personal experience. My baby is 3 months and we've dabbled a bit with EC but this session has given me more confidence and also a sense of what might happen at different ages. Highly recommended!

I started EC around 7 months and this chat with Aki was a great confidence boost that I was going about it the right way. My partner could attend too which got him more on board with the idea and reassured both of us that it was the right decision for us. I didn't know there were so many EC specific products so that was also interesting to hear about.

Im currently pregnant with my first child, read books about EC but it was really helpful to learn more about it from someone who has the experience of doing EC with their children. The small group was lovely as it gave us chance to ask questions, my partner was also able to attend with me which has been great to be able to learn more together. The part on the different nappy options was really helpful as i wasnt aware of the band type nappies that we discussed on the zoom. Would definitely recommend attending to learn more about EC
